Constela Online collects the data you enter in forms to respond to demo, trial, contact, or commercial information requests.
You can write to [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or objection to the processing of your data.
Data we request
Forms may ask for name, email, country, professional role, use case, plan interest, current tool, and a free-text message.
We may also keep the page URL, UTM parameters, and browser-detected time zone to understand where the request came from and coordinate follow-up properly.
Purpose
We use this data to respond to your request, prepare a demo, guide plan selection, activate a trial, or send communications related to Constela Online when you have consented.
We do not use form data for automated decisions and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Form delivery
The site sends form submissions to an external service at api.luzrodriguez.org, which composes and delivers the corresponding email.
The service receives the form content, subject, sender name, and reply-to email.
Retention and rights
We keep information for the time needed to handle the request, manage the commercial relationship, and meet applicable obligations.
